+ ORDERING
• Using the drop-down menu on the upper right side of the page please choose your "Device" (phone model) and the "Finish" (glossy/matte) of the case that you would like. Keep scrolling down until you see your phone model. After choosing your device and the finish, the first image you will see is the artwork that has been selected (the one that will be on your case). The following images are alternate view of the case but with sample artwork.
+ CASE TYPES
SLIM CASE = basic protection:
Our SLIM cases are very thin-profiled and light weight. They are a one-piece snap on case with open slots to easily access all ports and buttons. Polymer Phone case, non-toxic. It is seen as a vanity case mainly used for aesthetics and minimum protection. Therefore, it doesn't cover the top, bottom or area around your phone buttons.
TOUGH CASE = strong protection:
Our TOUGH cases have a polymer outer shell and include a BLACK inner rubber lining that wrap around all edges of the screen. Our tough selection offers all around phone protection! This selection is highly recommended for optimal protection. Shockproof case protects your phone from bangs & drops.
MagSafe TOUGH CASE = strong protection:
Integrated magnets to support Apple MagSafe charging + accessories. Allows for faster wireless charging with Apple’s MagSafe charger and Qi Wireless charging.
Black liner offers same protection as our standard TOUGH case.
--- MagSafe TOUGH cases are compatible with Apple MAGSAFE chargers specifically. Because it is impossible to predict the actual strength/quality of other wireless chargers, compatibility is possible but NOT guaranteed. Returns are not accepted due to third party charger connectivity issues ---
We recommend customers use a glass screen protector on their device to reduce screen damage, all our cases are 100% compatible with glass screen protector.
+ CASE FINISH
GLOSSY FINISH: Our glossy cases have a shiny and reflective finish, getting a scratch on this case is easier than with a matte case, surface is glossy, sleek, more vibrant color and can be cleaned easer.
MATTE FINISH: Our matte cases have a flat non-reflective finish, getting a scratch on this case is more difficult than with a glossy case, surface is matt, not sleek, looks classic.

COLORS COULD VARY due to settings, resolutions, manufacturers, and functions of your monitor. Please bare this in mind before purchasing online. No returns are acceptable due to color variations between your monitor and the actual products.
+ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET YOUR CASE?
Your case is a custom item, please give 2-5 business days for it to be shipped out to you. it's worth the wait!
+ SHIPPING
U.S ORDERS: Items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please, allow 2-5 business days to receive an order.
INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. USPS estimated shipping time is 8 - 25 business days.
+ BEFORE PURCHASING
Confirm your device in your phone’s settings to ensure the correct case is ordered and make sure your shipping address is correct.
+ EXISTING ORDER CHANGES
We ask that you message us within 2 hours of placing an order to make any changes such as design, phone model, case finish. Once we receive your order, we process it as soon as possible to provide you with a quicker turnaround time. Changes requested after 2 hours of an order being placed are not guaranteed.
+ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are confident that you will love your case but because your case is made especially for you and your device, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. This does not apply if you were sent the wrong design, color or model at the fault of our team. Please be sure you order for the correct device, if the incorrect size is ordered accidentally, we are unable accept returns / exchanges / refunds.
If there is a problem with your item or it is faulty, please get in touch and we will help as best, we can.
+ RETURNED TO SENDER
If your order is returned to us by the courier because the shipping address you have provided is incomplete, incorrect or the package was refused you will be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs to have the package reshipped to a confirmed address.
